"Everything was great except the front desk wasn’t manned for about 10 min. The front desk clerk came from the kitchen/bar area. But he was polite and that was greatly appreciated."

"Check in was quick and had a nice conversation with front desk very friendly staff. Our room was clean, air conditioning and heat worked really well. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast had a lot of variety from fruits, hot breakfast items like biscuits and gravy with bacon, cereals, bagels, toast, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal lots of options. "

Only one server was working and she was having a hard time remembering drink and other request. Would be helpful if drinks were self serve. Room was clean and comfortable. The door on the bathroom vanity was broken and eventually just fell off. The elevator button on the 3rd floor did not work so anytime wanted to go down had to call front desk to send the elevator."
