"The rooms were clean & spacious. The hotel is walking distance from Gatlinburg downtown. Sherry, Constantine & Stephanie at Bistro were kind & helpful. We enjoyed morning breakfast, remember it’s not a buffet so it takes time. "

"We arrived a bit early and John was able to accommodate early check in for us which was amazing after driving all night to get there. The room was big and clean when we arrived. The bed was comfortable and one of the best I’ve stayed in. The view was breathtaking to say the least. We had a mountain room (1416) and I could have just looked at the view all day. Heads up though, if the sun is shining don’t have anything in the path of the light or it will heat up (who doesn’t love warm cookies 😅) the bartender was very friendly and made the best Bloody Mary I’ve had in a long time. If you are wondering if you should stay you should. Free trolleys into town with the best view is a no brainer. "
