"This was our second year staying with them and it was just as good as last year only this year our room didn't have the beautiful view of the Bay. The staff has always been so kind and friendly however this year there was one women at the front desk that was very snappy and rude. Maybe she was just having a bad morning but hopefully she starts being happier towards guests"
