Staff was friendly and the room was spacious. That’s all the positives I have. Room was poor quality for the price. Disappointed as we thought we were paying for a premium room. Property is older and the floors and beds squeaked. We had someone knock on our door twice at 3 AM and again at 7:30 AM. Staff shrugged us off telling us there’s a bar close by and they probably had the wrong room. Not the experience we had hoped or paid for.

The room wasn't clean i booked through Expedia and I checked out the same night I checked in which was march 9-12 . I didn't stay but 2 hours and left right away because of the poor condition of the room and the smell . Expedia now sure stay doesn't want to refund me my money back for the two nights that my kids and I DID NOT stay there . I don't know what to do but I will say it's better to book straight through instead of through Expedia because they will not give you your money back if you end up not liking hotel of choice ! There were people/stragglers walking around on drugs and people drinking outside , the Spanish men were whistling at my underage 10 year old daughter and myself , we were very uncomfortable.

They won't allow you to have any visitors smh it's just crazy because I don't drive so I have family and friends that pick me up and I take forever to get ready for anything and so most of the time my ride knocks on my door and I ask them to come inside for a minute until I'm finished getting ready and they literally kicked me out for my sister coming by, my ride that brought the rest of my luggage back because I had forgotten something in the car and then that evening I was hungry and my friend came and took me out to eat because working out of town I don't get to see anyone much anymore. Then next morning I had to have a ride run me to dollar general to load my card because I like to book online since you save and get better deals. It's insane to pay for a whole suite but can't have company to visit cook dinner for them or watch a movie or even pick you up to give you a ride places while your in town smh just completely insane to be treated so badly and then my friend is a hard working construction worker and older and yes his clothes are pretty much worn from working in them and they accused him of being a homeless man!! I mean the nerve of the hotel owner when my friend actually is very wealthy just isn't a materialistic person. Very sad and shame on this hotel very very unprofessional

Vero old, worn furnishings. Entrance is down an alley. Breakfast was coffee and a small muffin wrapped in plastic. we ate elsewhere. The beds were good.

They charge a pet fee and a deposit. When i checked out they kept my deposit for 'pet damage'. My dogs didnt damage anything, when questioned about damage was told 'damaged by pet hair'. What!? Evidently them having to wash all the bedding and sweep and mop the floors is considered excessive cleaning and grounds for keeping the deposit. Do not stay here if you have pets with hair, they will charge you a pet fee, which is fine, then keep your deposit cause your dog left fur on the covers.
