「I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. There were holes in the walls, which made the room look neglected, and the coffee pot didn’t even work. For the price I paid, I expected a clean, functional room. It was clear that basic maintenance and housekeeping had been overlooked. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements.」

「Breakfast was horrible. Powdered eggs are not scrambled eggs. Coffee was cold. Bagels are not fresh. Milk for cereal was warm.」

「When we checked in the room had flying bugs in there and multiple people we smoking out front of doors. The breakfast was going to be a small continental breakfast. The room was supposed to be walking distance to beach but it was not. We asked to cancel the reservation and the front desk staff said she would have owner do that for no fee which was great. 」

「The room was very clean and nice! We slept peacefully and it was quiet there away from the hustle and bustle in downtown area. We were close to everything- including the beach, downtown attractions, and restaurants. Vilano beach was 6 miles from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much!😄」

「We loved our stay here. The view from our balcony was beautiful. We loved the convenience of the beach loungers and pool set up and having free breakfast every morning was a nice touch! Would stay again and recommend to friends!」

「Staff was friendly and breakfast was a nice touch. My kids enjoyed the pool but it is very deep. Room was clean. We had an issue and it was fixed in a timely manner. The property as a whole needs some TLC but it is located less than 10 mins from the historic area.」

「The property needs "deep" cleaning in my opinion especially the lobby and hallway areas. The hotel reception/staff (Adam) was very helpful. I asked him for a room changed when we checked-in due to BO in the room, and he found us a room that's acceptable to my standards right away. Free breakfast was ok. Location was good - safe & quite. We love the free EV charging station.」
