I don’t usually write reviews but unfortunately I have to on this place. So let me start by saying I’ve stayed at other Hilton owned hotels and my experiences have been good but this particular hotel was far from good in my opinion. The rugs were so disgusting that they should all be ripped out and replaced from the lobby to all the rooms, I didn’t even want to take my socks off . Also the bathroom had a issue with the toilet tank continuously filling with water apparently the flap was broken or something in addition the faucet in the sink shot out water with so much pressure in was inevitable not to get soaked. I let the front desk know when I got a text about how my stay was so far and they did move us to another room only that the water issue from the toilet was even worse with the noise and just as the other room no difference not to mention our bed wasn’t made the last two days there . I didn’t complain we endured it being that we were only there for another two days and I did let them know once I checked out. I felt grossed out and uncomfortable the beds were so hard even my husband that doesn’t complain about anything was so happy to leave. This place was not clean unfortunately. I do have to say though that the breakfast was decent and coffee was good. The staff in the front desk was very cooperative and nice unfortunately I feel like this hotel needs a complete overhaul. The area is very nice with close proximity to the outlet mall and downtown area as well as beach.

Disappointing and Unclean Stay We were very disappointed with our stay at this Hampton Inn by Hilton. From the moment we arrived, the hallways had a strong, unpleasant smell. Our room was in unacceptable condition—there was gum and visible dirt embedded in the carpet from previous guests, and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned before we checked in. On top of that, parts of the bathroom didn’t function properly. The bed sheets were stained, which is completely unacceptable and made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. Several wall outlets were broken, and only one plug actually worked, making it difficult to charge devices. Housekeeping was another major issue. Our room was skipped during our stay—no cleaning, no fresh towels, and no restocking of basic essentials. For a brand that advertises cleanliness and comfort, this experience fell far below expectations. We expected much better from a Hampton Inn and would not recommend this location based on our experience.

The tv has a purple color on it. I had booked two rooms and it was the same in both rooms. The bathroom did not seem clean. There was hair on the shower walls and mold around the soap dish. We booked adjoining rooms and there was dirt between both doors. A housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 asking if we were checking out even though check out time was at 11.

Staff was great. Breakfast was consistent with other Hampton Inns, which is good. The facilities, however, were horrible. My wife is a mine canary. She smells everything. The first room's odors were gross. The attendant, Samuel did his best to find us the best of what he had available. I've stayed in many Hampton Inns. My wife will never again stay at a Hampton Inn. To me, that's Hilton's fault for not forcing the operator to maintain the premises to higher standards.
