"Perfect place for me and my family for the night! We were literally 5 mins away from Wynwood from all the events. The house was in perfect shape, super clean, all necessities were available, and our group of 6 all enjoyed our stay! "
"The property was run down, unkempt, and appeared unsafe. The check in procedure was unclear. The area was threatening. If I was a woman I would be terrified to spend a night here. I decided against trying to stay here and paid for a Doubletree instead, after seeing the property. I stayed in my car for a few minutes deciding and then left. No apparent staff, no signage. This place is at best, not prepared to host guests."
"This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational."
