run do not go here and you will not get your money back i went there 2pm checking is 3 o clock took 1 look because the front door was open like open could see from the road and i said hell no i drove back up to Sterling Road and went to Target sat there for hours to catch WIFI to try to find a next place with the prices increase because it was weekend .
i have learned my lesson i will not get no place to stay online please people check these places in person do not pay 1st you will loose ya hard earn money . To scamers and protection plan do not work.

Place was terrible and unsafe and asked for refund and never got it had to call Expedia to try and get refund please never book with them, place looked like a prison and had to share place with two other strangers and use same restroom and everything. SCAM!!! DANGEROUS!! STAY AWAY!!! This property is falsely advertised as a “comfort townhome” it is a room in a back of a house in an extremely BAD neighborhood with barred windows, broken down cars littering the streets and fronts of houses, we were approached by people in the streets when we pulled up. Exact location has a D- grade for highest crime rates and safety. Multiple reports of break ins. Host refuses to answer. Had to leave immediately.

Please don’t book here, I really think that this place needs to be looked at or have an inspection done, it’s run down and the same security code opened 2 different room doors which is unsafe, the bedroom doors don’t reach the bottom as if the door was cut short, the bathroom has mold on the curtains and the shower, the tv didn’t work properly you can only see a part of the screen the rest is black, the WiFi is non existent, I booked because it was last minute and writhing my price range but I regretted it, it’s a very dark alley with very little light please have this place investigated I don’t know how it’s on Expedia

My flight was delayed and i called hotel about after hours check in. I was informed if im not there my 11pm than i cant check in. The info on site says there is virtual check. He said he would refund when i first talked to him then the next day says i need to call expedia.

AC didn't work at all, no Wi-Fi even tho it said free Wi-Fi. Getting the house key was hard. Unsafe side of town. Marketed as the whole house but you only get a dirty room without a bathroom. I didnt even stay for an hour, i ended up leaving to go to a hotel. All in all a pretty terrible experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I did not stay at the property at all. The bedroom was in extremely poor condition and infested with insects. My luggage was left in the room for less than ten minutes and was already invaded by bugs.
The bathroom, which was shared, was dirty, full of mold, and clearly not hygienic. The doors barely lock, making the place feel unsafe. There is no front desk, no on-site assistance, and no way to get help when issues arise.
When I contacted the merchant to report these problems, he was rude, unprofessional, and refused to offer any explanation, solution, or refund.
The overall conditions of this accommodation are unacceptable and completely misrepresented. I had no choice but to leave immediately.
If you guys are thinking about staying there, RUN AWAY
