"I stayed at the wynwood for my 19th birthday with a friend. It gave a decent apartment. We stayed from Saturday -Wednesday. Once your checked in the house keeping don’t come in the room to clean. Even if you leave out for the day. You have to take your own trash to the trash shoot. You have to wash your own sheet with the powder detergent they have or you can just sleep in those sheets up until you leave. They don’t have restaurants you can actually get up and go to its room service. We never used it. It’s plenty of places to eat in the area you can walk to. They do have a self checkout snack and bev part in the lobby. The shower water and pressure is hit or miss. It’s basically a furnished apartment as stated. People live there , it isn’t just a stay for out of towners. They have differnt wynwood hotel locations so choose the best for you. "

"This is small room in a house that’s shares their bathroom the whole reason some people get hotels sometimes just for privacy and you have no privacy in that place so it’s kind of sucks. I have to give you two gay thumb down."

"I stayed at the New Yorker Miami Hotel from March 6th to March 9th. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they provided fresh towels. There was also a pool that I didn't get a chance to use. While my stay wasn't terrible, I did have some issues with the hotel. There was no laundry basket or a place to put clothes. There was no place to put bathroom toiletries. I think that is a reasonable minimum requirement for a hotel, but because of this, I had to constantly shuffle my things around. The closet was tiny, but the shower and toilet were reasonably sized. I was told my room would be cleaned every two days. Since I arrived on Friday, I logically assumed it would be cleaned on Sunday. I'm not sure if it was my fault, but I didn't put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, so it should have been cleaned. When I returned to my room, nothing had been done, and the management didn't seem to know what was going on. In the end, they just gave me fresh towels. The woman at the front desk was very nice. She checked up on me and gave me an ice pack after I bumped my head on the stairs. The hotel provides food and drinks but no amenities like floss. It does, however, have bagels early in the morning, which is a nice touch. Normally, I wouldn't be this critical, but for over $180 a night, I thought I would at least get a place to put my clothes, like a few drawers or a small closet. But maybe that's just how it is in Miami in March. That's my honest review."
