「The hot water in bathtub turned too weak when using shower head. Breakfast is okay but it took long time」

「Agradecemos que nos hayan entregado temprano la habitación, pues veníamos muy cansados del crucero; pero no asearon la habitación en nuestra estancia de dos noches. Es un tema la alberca, hay que bajar a nivel calle para tomar elevador al último piso, y allá no hay quien atienda ni forma de solicitar bebidas. El internet nunca funcionó bien, te conecta pero no sirve. La habitación demasiado minimalista, ni closet tiene. El personal de recepción eso sí, muy amable.」

「We booked this place based on its great reviews, though our first impression was a bit confusing. The gate was closed and it didn’t feel very inviting at first. There was a number to text, so we reached out, and within a few minutes we were greeted and let in. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised. We really loved the place, the room was clean and comfortable, and the garden was beautiful. Overall, it turned out to be a wonderful stay.」

「This property is in desperate need of a deep cleaning and update the pictures are very deceiving. The sheets weren’t clean. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.」
