"Obviously, the location is the selling point. The guys at the front desk were nice and hospitable. Check-in was easy. Wi-Fi was good in the room. I wish that they had a gym on site, but the fact that we didn’t have to leave the airport was the overwriting factor for staying."

The one biggest con is that due to its proximity to the airport there are tons of planes flying by. And the windows and walls let you hear all of them pretty clearly! "

"My experience at this Red Roof hotel was very disappointing due to extremely poor customer service. At around 10:00 PM, I went to the front desk to request toilet paper for my room. The staff member told me they didn’t have any available and suggested that I find napkins somewhere instead. This was unacceptable for a hotel. Additionally, the rooms are not cleaned daily, and it was very difficult to get basic supplies like extra toilet paper. The overall cleanliness was also concerning, as the carpets looked very dirty. The worst part of my experience was at checkout. I asked if they could store my luggage for just two hours while I waited for my transportation, and they refused. Because of this, I had to walk around downtown carrying my luggage. Overall, the service and conditions did not meet basic hospitality standards. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel."
