"I am not that picky when it comes to food or hotels, but i do appreciate cleanliness overall. This place is nothing like the pictures. Room floors were not carpet that was a plus, but not so sure after i saw dust all over the floor, not even clean! Bathtub disgusting as well.. breakfast…. I wasnt expecting a buffet but at least something…. Horrible.. dnt stay specially if u have kids.. By the way tv didn’t even work… and this place wasnt cheap!!!"

"The room is very clean and the staff was polite. However, my room had no hot water. I found this out at 5 AM while getting ready to catch a flight home. I told the Front Desk at checkout, but they didn’t seem too concerned. Make sure you leave plenty of time for the shuttle if you choose to use it, we saw shuttles from the other hotels in the area come by the airport stop 2 to 3 times before ours got there. Didn’t even try in the morning, worried we would be late for our flight."

"They gave me a room, I got in, it had 2 50 pound baggage, 2 room it wasn't clean, it had trash from someone else's food and also a wet towel in the bathroom trash, my husband complained and reported, there was a lady from the staff knocking my door like already angry about the situation asking for explanation about what was the issue not polite at all, I was not looking to create a problem and I came from a long trip, just told her everything was Ok for not making it complicated, front desk ladies not the best attitude, breakfast is included but for the price they're charging for a week fee u expect at least a buffet not just a lot bread to be toasted and cream, there were pancake u had to do it everything by your own, awful experience, I would NEVER go again or recommend it to anyone! "
