"The AC didn’t work at all, I was almost frozen even I set it to be 85 F. It was terrible to stay one night with no heating on. The room was also not clean, the first room they gave me was completely used. After switch to the second one, the bed and bathroom was cleaned, but you could tell the sofa, desk, chair was used by last customer. Pillows were everywhere, bathroom didn’t have towels except one hand towel. The parking is extremely difficult, there is no ramp attached to the hotel. You need to wait for a while to let valet parking staff get the car from other blocks then hand it to you."
