"Room was pretty clean , floor was lifting in places, bed was not firm , refrigerator leaked water when i turned up the temperature , and the worst part was people hanging around the entrance of the hotel all day long "

"Amazing customer service from Ruben and Susan and Ida. We had to change our room after first hellish night with loud fan and no blackout curtains. Ruben made sure our next room was perfect. Clean as can be. Susan front desk has great personality Thanks!"
