「We unfortunately had a terrible first impression. They were clearly over capacity from the weekend and under staffed. We checked in 6/28 - had to wait over 30 minutes for our room which was not properly cleaned. After complaining we were moved to another room which was not what we reserved but “no other availability”. After asking if that was ready and being told it was double inspected. 「The first room Baymont gave us the door would not open or close without physically lifting the door up. The upper hinge was pulling out of the frame. The second room the bathroom shower had a lot of mold. The corner of the shower and where it met the floor was a huge glob of sealant and mold. The bathroom sink I could write my name in the bowl. When renting from a name brand hotel you expect a certain level of cleanliness. Baymont failed using this hotel part of its chain. 」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」
