「We reserved a room for 4 guests. Our room only had 2 towels. When the front desk was paged, we were told to go get them from the lobby. I asked if they could be brought to the room and the gentleman was nice enough to bring them. Then, we realized that the room had no hand soap and no body wash. There was only one small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and lotion. For 4 people!? 「The room was clean, but there was only 1 ice maker in the building working. This screams they are struggling financially. The desk clerk was surly. They also told me twice about a “staff shortage today”, which encouraged the belief in financial issues. The internet was insufficient to open websites on my phone. I had to sit by the window to use my phone! I ask for extra towels TWICE in 1 day & never got any. I dried off with a hand towel this morning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Too many...

「Nice, clean hotel with great amenities. Although I didn't check everything out during my stay, I do know they had a good selection for the continental breakfast. The staff was friendly & courteous too!」

「The lobby and parking lot was sketchy. There was always someone sitting outside in a lawn chair and cars would come and go. I’m not sure what was going on, but if I had a choice, I would stay elsewhere.」

Loved the bar also. Breakfast could have had yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Coffee could have been refreshed around noon for the rest of the day.」

「Clean room and spaces, and excellent, quiet in room a/c. We needed a room spur of the moment for a grad party nearby and the Baymont Inn and Suites was perfect for the 4 of us. The coffee and breakfast got the spot in the morning. Thank you!」

「Bottom sheet had 3 circle spots on it ranging from 2 and half inch down to 1inch. Informed desk and was given sheets and had to change ourselves. Shower had mold spots on soap shelf(3) and base wall had 4inches near drain wall. Was told cant do any comp because booked thru Expedia... Not happy」
