「Room and property were clean; parking was very close. Breakfast was same every day (hot egg patties and sausage links). No elevator.」

「This is an old property, and the rooms reflect the age. Not bad, dirty, or in disrepair, but well used and not updated. The breakfast had decent variety, but the "hot" items were not very good at all, maybe because they were kept in steamer trays with no heat source. But the waffle maker worked great, and the coffee machine serves hot fresh brew 24/7. Front desk staff was mostly absent during key hours (like morning check out). Seems like they live on the property, and spend more time there...

「Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied.」

「Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. 」

「The room was filthy. The floors were sticky. The mirror was foggy and clearly had not been wiped down. We had a large spider in our room. There were hair balls in the corner of the room. The hot tub had been concreted in, which was not disclosed upon checking in that they no longer had a hot tub. The entire building was very rundown in major need of renovation and updates the hotel staff kept asking unusual and strange questions and making a point to intercept us wherever we were walking in the...
