「Overall, it was a good place; pretty clean, liked having a fridge, tv worked, beds were pretty comfortable, the AC was perfect, the showers water hot temperature was nice, staff was cool, great prices during a holiday, and not too far from the main attractions.」

「I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Our stay at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet expectations. The property feels outdated, the carpets were noticeably dirty, and the Wi‑Fi did not work at any point during our three‑day stay. The front desk area also had a strong chemical odor, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the valet service was concerning, one of the attendants returned our car with sweat left on the console and a strong smell of what seemed like weed.
