「I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest.」

「The lady at the front tried to charge me for a night plus the deposit without telling me. She told me the amount on the screen was the deposit and I clocked her on it. She ended up saying it’s because she couldn’t find my reservation although she never once asked me for my confirmation number. I was baffled.」

「The hotel was very lovely and in the heart of the French Quarter. This made it easy for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. We had an issue with a loose toilet seat. I texted them and a person was at our door within 10 minutes to fix it. We would stay here again for a touch of luxury when we visit again!」

「The executive corner level room was very clean and quiet. The executive level R Lounge was closed for entire trip,which was not disclosed in advance. The free breakfast at the Desire Oyster Bar restaurant was good, as were the chargrilled oysters at dinner. Le Booze ( formerly very nice cigar bar) has turned into nothing but a wall of tvs, indistinguishable from any other bar on Bourbon Street. The pool was packed, though the hotel wasn't. They sell passes to the public. They claim it's a heated...

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
