「I stayed in room 208 the tub stopper didnt work so the water didnt drain out the tub while I took a shower, the bathroom sink didnt have hot water. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good. I've stayed here alot and it was always excellent I have no complaints just hope the fix the problems for the next guest.」

「The location of the hotel was excellent. Everything we wanted to do or see was either easily walkable or streetcar accessible. The room smelled a little musty around the air conditioner unit but that was the only negative about the stay. Hotel and room was very nice and clean.」

「The property was good. Restaraunts were okay and service was fair. But there were things that could be much better. The balconies are not private. There isnt enough chairs and tables for each room. They need a door man to help with security, taxis, and greet guests. There is no room service and the rooms are very mediocre. Its definitely an older hotel, but for the cost and size of the property it should have been much nicer. There was mold on the shower curtains, broken drawers, and always had...

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」
