"No microwave or hairdryer, there was a cockroach in the room. It was rundown and overpriced, the pictures on the site must be 15 years old. One of the exit doors was broken, people were smoking in the pool area and putting their butts out on the pool side and left them there. "

A nice stay

"My main complaint with our room was that I paid for a premium king which according to the pictures was to have sofa in it, but our only came with a club chair and ottoman. I called the desk and the lady who answered said that according to the computer the desk was considered the sofa?? It was too late at night to quibble. Otherwise our room was a nice size and comfortable and quiet. The other issue I had was that the walk-in shower floor was slick and I spent my shower with one hand on the door handle to prevent falling. Breakfast the next morning was delicious. All things considered I would stay here again especially for the sound proof room and breakfast."
