「This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.」

「Business traveler here. The parking was safe and easy-appreciate the dedicated spots for hotel guests. Communication before check in was very good as this was my first stay there. Room was very clean and loved the decor. Rarely say this- I will plan to end my day earlier to enjoy the hotel and restaurant. Highly recommend. Enjoyed the concept!」

「I just left this Hotel, I cannot stay there after my long driving. The room is much different and awful than the pictures those display in Expedia App, also including some smelling, a kind of moldy air.」

「Bed bugs, cockroaches, cigarette smell, dog poop, spit balls, dirty toilet paper, dirty hand towel no bath towels, I could go on & on. My worst hotel experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! Manager said I should ask for a refund but at 1am you can’t get a room anywhere until later that day. 」

「I’m not sure what went wrong, but when I arrived to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Apparently their system didn’t have the information from Expedia. It took almost two hours for them to try to resolve the issue, and during that time I had to go back to my car, drive around, and sit on hold while going back and forth with customer service. I was told an escalating manager would call me back, but that never happened. By the time two hours had passed, I no longer felt comfortable...
