「Great stay for families」

「The hotel was in a good location to get to things easily. It was on the feeder, just down from a Walmart, but we didn’t get any road noise! It was quiet and clean. We had a plugged drain in the shower our first night but maintenance came first thing the next day to fix it. My kids enjoyed the pool, and I got good use of the gym. My only problems were that the gym had a single 15lbs weight and a single 20lbs, not a full set. The other issues were that there were no towels by the pool, we had to...

「I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.」

「For the price you pay i think it should be a microwave and bigger refrigerator in the room, and the pool was dirty a lot of bird feathers and other trash floating, " I didn't get in"The room was hot even on 68 degrees it was muggy and warm. Room was clean, cleaning staff great, but for me not worth $150-$200 a night.」

「Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...

「Not even a lamp in room」

「no fan in bathroom and dog vomit on the floor. Room smelled musty. Breakfast was decent but coffee ran out fast. Front desk was excellent.」

「Breakfast was ample and diverse, but there were hordes of flies all over the breakfast room, and it was unappetizing. The room was super clean and comfortable, very spacious with useful amenities such as functioning laundry equipment.」
