「Beautiful space and friendly staff!!」

「I very much liked this Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff members were very kind. I greatly enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. My only grievance would be that the parking lot is only just barely adequate; I did always find a parking spot, but it was not always easy to do so.」

「We've become regulars at the MCM Elegante in Colorado Springs and when the MCM Elegante came up in my search for hotels in Lubbock, we decided to try it. It was a good decision. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the lady at check-in was super friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was also useful to have a restaurant in the hotel. Our server was fantastic and the food was excellent. If we have to sleep in Lubbock again, we'll definitely go to the MCM Elegante.」

「Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. 「Overall my stay and the staff was friendly. The hotel didn’t seem dirty or anything but there was a good amount of flies in the lobby and a couple buzzing in my room that I spent quite a bit of time trying to address so I could get some rest.」
