Something had spilled on the floor of the elevator and it seems like concrete, it is stuck there in a nasty mess. Half the lights are burned out in the hallways, making the walk to the room dark. 「The hotel was okay, I have 3 major complaints. First and most significantly is the price gouging. Our rate for Tuesday was $94, but jumped to $339 for Friday night for the same room due to Tech graduation. This is a Ridiculous ripoff!!! Second, the hotel has NO ice machine. Ice is ONLY available via the ice maker in the fridge. It was empty when we entered the room, and it took 5 hours for the first batch of 10 cubes to drop. Thus we had to buy ice in order to have ice. 「Stayed 1 night and I would definitely stay here again. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by friendly and efficient hotel staff. There were no issues with our room as it was ready when we arrived and exceptionally clean. Hotel has a nice sports bar/cafe and is also used for breakfast. Our rate included breakfast buffet which was not only convenient but included a variety of options.」
