The room felt neglected with visible mold in grout of the shower wall. Didn't use the shower. For several minutes we fussed with getting tv channels on the bedroom tv, only to realize that there was no HDMI cable connecting from cable box to TV. Fortunately, I had an HDMI in my laptop bag. The property in general had an old smell to it. The hot tub room had no working lights. The staff was helpful.

The room felt neglected, pillows were dirty and smelled used with hair on them. The hallways as you walk to the rooms look like they are falling apart with tape coming off them. Place looked like a haunted maze. We stayed one night and had booked for two, but couldn’t stay second night and they would and didn’t refund my money. I booked online, but payed at property and they told me since I booked through third party they couldn’t do anything on their end. Which I know they can because when you pay at property they can refund your money. Also I didn’t pay online as if I would have done that then the third party would have to refund me not the front desk. If you are looking for a decent place to stay this would not be it. The pictures on the website must be very old as pictures look nicer than what the place really is. I would recommend if y’all do decide to stay you will experience for yourself, but book for one day only if you’re not sure because even though the website says they will refund they will not. Good luck!

I’ve stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and although those were pleasant experiences, this one was not. The first room they put me in, the door was actually broken and did not lock properly. The AC did not work. The floors, bathroom and sink were not very clean. They moved me to another room which the AC worked great. However, the room itself was not very clean. There was hair in the sink and stains on the walls along with the wallpaper in the bathroom literally peeling off the wall. The bed was not comfortable. It actually felt like a very old mattress and on one side Of the bed I slept on, it dipped while the other side was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast left something to be desired. The eggs were OK but the biscuits were very hard, cold and stale. They looked and felt like they were 3 to 4 day old biscuits. Pretty gross. The parking lot is pretty scares. There is a truck who had a hitched trailer to it and took up the entire front parking and left no room for anyone else to park. When I let the front desk person know, they basically looked at me and said, “Well, what do you want me to do about it?” How about a little professional courtesy and see if there’s anything you could do so the rest of us wouldn’t have to park far away especially given I had my elderly mother with me who requires a handicapped parking. In any case, this is more than likely the last time that I will stay here because it was not worth my peace of mind and wallet.

Well, for starters on the Expedia app, I booked a suite which was supposed to include a living area and when I went to check in, I was told we know you booked a suite, but Expedia doesn’t have it on their site right so you are actually booked in a handicap room, which had no kitchenette no living room. Then I just accepted that and I was like OK that’s fine but whenever I go to the room, the TV wasn’t working the remote wouldn’t work. The room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room I asked could somebody come fix the TV? They couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it so they said can we move you to another room? I was moved to another room and then had the same issue with the TV. I went back to the front desk, asked for another controller if maybe they could fix it for me and they gave me another controller and that still didn’t work and when I went to ask if someone could fix it, they were very nonchalant about telling me we don’t know what’s wrong and basically I had to just deal with it so I was in a room with no television all night. Needless to say this is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Had to request a new room due to my “non smoking room” smelling like straight cigarettes. The second room then had a couch that was full of dog or cat hair. I had to clean the toilet seat myself due to urine stains being present. There was glitter all over the bathroom floor. Did not feel even comfortable enough to shower here. However, the staff at the desk were nice.

The staff was friendly and helpful at check in. The non smoking rooms however still smelled pretty heavy of smoke. There's always someone doesn't respect the non smoking rule. It was hard to sleep the 2nd night with the smoke in the air. The beds were clean, but very old. One sank in on one side. It was very uncomfortable. The breakfast was decent. The 2nd morning I went a little earlier than the day before and it was cold and also ran out of eggs and still had 2 hrs before the time was over. If you're staying for a quick business travel night it would be fine. Traveling with your family or kids for leisure, probably not.
