「Great stay for families」

「Good!」

「I had booked and paid upfront (nonrefundable) for a night. 3 people. We get there and front desk says theyre out of rooms, but we arent getting refunded either. Blamed it on being oversold.」

「I very much liked this Holiday Inn. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the staff members were very kind. I greatly enjoyed the variety of breakfast choices. My only grievance would be that the parking lot is only just barely adequate; I did always find a parking spot, but it was not always easy to do so.」

「We booked the hotel for convenience for a family wedding. Good location and plenty of rooms. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general is ok, but is in serious need of refurbishment and upgrades, especially for the rates they charge. Our bathtub had been reglazed, but the finish had a big hole in it. 「Staff and property were amazing. Beds were comfortable although the comforters were a little warm. We got the last double queen room and it turned out to be accessible one. Not having a bathtub wasn’t the issue. I wish we had a longer shower curtain (unless it’s a rule to have short ones for wheelchair accessible bathrooms) or more towels to help catch all the water because it goes EVERYWHERE. We kept slipping on the wet tile and it became hazardous for us in return. I’ll be sure to ask if...

「All of the staff was very kind and helpful. Loved the pool and hot tub. The door to our bathroom was a little saggy, like the top hinge needed to be tightened, and dragged on the ground.」

「It’s back off the highway, kind of behind the Einstein brothers bagels, but once I found it, everything else was great. The room is very spacious. I used the microwave, and it worked well. They do have utensils in the office, but no dishes or pans are provided, so if you plan on cooking, bring your own. It was great for what I needed.」
