"we ended up in the "other" building and it is absolutely horrendous. It is hot,stuffy,smells like weed,the elevator is so slow and loud it won't be long before someone is stuck in there. Our room 379 was dirty. The cabinets show signs of roaches.Moving the tray with the coffee pot clearly shows signs of liquids being spilled and not cleaned up. All the amenities are all at the check in hotel anything and everything you need you'll need to cross the parking lot to get. This hotel used to be so nice to stay at."

"The room was extremely cold. Maintenance was called & came out a couple of times. The attempts to fix were unsuccessful. My mom & dad are both elderly & they were extremely uncomfortable. We had family staying there in another room & they had the same problem."
