「We had booked a handicap assessable room as I use a wheelchair. I had surgery that day with both an incision on my back and on my abdomen. We were not given our requested room. Without my husband there to help I could not have gotten in the bathroom much less tried to take a shower, there were no grab bars. Horrible stay.」
