The hotel staff was nice and attentive our whole stay... they offer free/snacks in the late afrernoon early evening and free breakfast (breakfast was great)... rooms are a good size... each come with a living area and separate bedroom... it is very clean but some things are a little outdated but no big deal... i def recommend

The common areas were clean, the staff was great, and the breakfast buffet was wonderful but the actual room was the dirtiest I have ever stayed in. Every fabric surface was stained, from the window sheers to the furniture down to the lampshades. Like obvious brown liquid stains. The room also had an awful smell. I had to buy Lysol and a plug in. We were in town for a sold out concert so there were no back up options. Do better Hilton family hotels!

Everyone was very nice but this hotel is very dated. I assumed all Embassy Suites would be nice. Old stained up couch with ripped armrests on it. Literally had foam sticking out of the dirty almost black stained armrests. Shower and tub had rust in it. Just not my idea of a nice hotel. Musty smell. Bed was comfortable and sheets seemed clean. Hotel staff were really kind. We didn’t really complain. Not their fault that the place just needs an overall renovation.

This was a great place to stay. The hotel has been around for a while so the furniture and fixtures could use an upgrade, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The staff were extremely attentive and polite. We had trouble with the air conditioning on the first night and they had a maintenance person on staff that fixed it. They responded within 5 minutes of calling it in. The Tuscan style decor with live plants and a waterfall made the stay very relaxing. The free breakfast buffet was the star of the show. Beyond the usual continental breakfast menu items, there was a chef on staff that made omelets and other items fresh and specifically made to order. There were staff members that came by to clear your plates and were willing to get whatever you needed. It may not be brand new but it definitely has a lot more character than a lot of the alternative budget friendly options.

This our second stay at this hotel. Hottel staff is always great. Breakfast is great and the omelets are made to order. Rooms are huge. The property is an older hotel but it is well maintained. Very clean. The inside of the hotel makes it feel more relaxing and the atmosphere is great.

Happy hour drinks was a nice surprise! Breakfast was wonderful! Rooms just need some TLC with furnishings. They are worn and in need of upholstery cleaning. Staff is very friendly.

If you’re going to this hotel for sleep, pick another establishment. My stay was on Friday and Saturday night; week nights may be okay. The first night, the room above me sounded like a marching band without instruments. That started at 11 p.m. It was ongoing until about 6:30 a.m. The 2nd night, the hotel management moved me to the top floor. BTW, I couldn’t check back in a room until 4 p.m After the decision was made for the second night, around 7 AM, I went back to my room to sleep for at least an hour or two, the housekeeping kept knocking on the door, before ordinary check-out, 3 times. The 2nd night, I’m on the top floor. There’s an outdoor U-shaped outdoor atrium. The design is so every room has can look outside. The bedroom has a window, “sliding door” to that looks over the outside U-shakes atrium court yard. Patrons from the bar were hanging out in the outdoor atrium talked very loudly past 1 a.m., loud echoing voices is annoying in general, but especially when trying to sleep after midnight. During the weekend, this may be a good place to stay if you want to party and stay up late. Families and friends that have children, want to have fun hanging out at the pool, this hotel will be fun. Free breakfast, happy hour, and hors d’oeuvres. My experience at least on the weekend, if you want sleep, after midnight pick another hotel.

The staff, complementary breakfast, and complementary bar were top notch. Thank you again for that. However, the facility needs an overhaul. We noticed the poor condition of the room and bathroom. The entire hotel needs an upgrade- a modern touch per se. i would consider staying there again if the management takes an interest in updating.
