This Hampton is hurting. It is dirty, outdated, worn, and not well maintained. Even the breakfast is not up to Hampton standards, there is no fruit or oatmeal, and other items they always have. Something had spilled on the floor of the elevator and it seems like concrete, it is stuck there in a nasty mess. Half the lights are burned out in the hallways, making the walk to the room dark. Piles of trash places outside room doors sit there for days. The ice bucket did not have a plastic bag and it had mold in it. It is time for Hilton to sell this one.

The room was dark and outdated. The fixtures in the bathroom (toilet paper holder and stability bars) had rust all over them. The wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off the walls. There was no inner liner for the shower curtain. The towels were dingy grayish-brown and most of the towels were stained!

Building has recurring environmental problems which the City of Lubbock Health Department has been investigating. This is public record. I experienced sudden lung issues upon entering lobby. We were there for less than 15 minutes. We did not check into the room due to the environment In spite of my health being at risk, neither Expedia nor the hotel would refund our money. I am still experiencing symptoms three days later.

I will be calling you tomorrow. We were not able to check-in as there was no one at the front desk. Waited 16 minutes along with another person and a food delivery person!! The room was ok it did not look like it had been cleaned or maintained very well, as there were crumbs on the floor and a pair of socks under the bed. The hot tub was not working when I was there which was disappointing and one of the reasons I booked here. However, the staff was super helpful and went out of their way to be accommodating, and the bedding and beds were all clean and comfortable. Also, the bathroom was nice and clean.

The tub was dirty. Had a ring of nasty in it. Sink in bathroom had a crack. Soaps were low. The tv was difficult to use. Waste of time to get tv to work. Tv was very little. The side door security lock was malfunctioning. Wasn’t worth the price paid. Very disappointed
