"Breakfast was cut off before end time both mornings we were there. Hotel appeared to need some basic upkeep. "

"The room was not clean, the shower did not have much hot water, the beds were not comfortable. We asked for our room to be cleaned and fresh towels, but they never did. Will not stay here again "

"The room was filthy. Bathroom was super dirty. Lamp and TV didn’t work and telephone was not connected so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I went to the front desk and complain she said I should have said something sooner. I told her we had arrived at 1030pm after driving for hours and I went straight to bed. I told her the room should not be dirty in the first place and checked out. She continued to yell at me across the lobby as I was walking out. Very poor customer service and filthy room."
