「My room had no air conditioning, so we were told we could receive a refund. We were checked out of the hotel less than an hour after we checked in. They had no other rooms available. I haven't received my refund yet, and this was weeks ago. I messaged the hotel and no answer. There were also zero parking spaces available, and several people were parking in the fire lanes.」
