「The room was clean, and staff was helpful. I found it strange that the front desk had restrictions on the TVs volume. Remote would not work or couldn’t be adjusted without their assistance. The coffee maker in the room and refrigerator did not work properly. The refrigerator froze everything, when adjusted it was either to warm or way to cold. The air conditioner was so loud, it made it difficult to sleep. This was not somewhere I would stay again for longer than a night, our 3 day stay was...

「The property is well kept. The first night we stayed in a room with the bedroom facing the highway which runs around Lubbock. I went to the front desk and explained I wasn't able to sleep and requested a new room if available.
