「The staff was amazing and provided excellent service. However, the food options were limited, and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, since the resort became a Holiday Inn, the overall experience has not been as good as it used to be. There is definitely room for improvement in the food and accommodations.」

「Had maintenance issue with room.」

「We honestly were very disappointed food in the buffet is the same everyday they don’t change it up plus it’s not very good, the staff are rude!!! The only nice person we met on staff was ALEX! the place is out dated the pictures online are not the same as what you see in person! Overall we would never stay there again!」

「 Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. 」

「Overall, the resort is beautiful and well maintained, The rooms were also very clean and modern. The only complaint I have was the lack of customer service from the staff, specifically the servers at the buffet. It appears as though they expect automatic tips and if you don’t provide it right away, they will avoid coming back to serve your table. We experienced this almost every day. They also ignored you if you asked for something and it looked deliberate. There was even a time where we weren’t...

「I cannot express how special this resort is. Small, intimate, and unique. The entire staff helped me celebrate my birthday..special drinks, food and a beautiful piece of cake with a sparkler on top, Best birthday ever. I was upgraded to an amazing ocean front room. The food was great, the pool was wonderful. The beach is maintained and clean with lots of chairs and hammocks. I've found my vacation spot and will definitely be back.」

「Our room had a horrible leak and they did nothing about it」

「Very good food! Clean beach. Good customer service.」
