"The rooms were clean and spacious. The bed slept well. More, fluffy pillows would have been nice. Also, more than one washcloth would be good too. Okay for the price, but $180 a night is a little steep for the stay. Location is great, and compared to other hotels in Saint Augustine, it's price and quality are the best. "

"First room AC was broken. Moved to a new room and bathroom light broke at 10 pm. Had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark until the following morning when it was repaired. Mold growing on bathroom wall. Other than this, clean room, good location, and super friendly and helpful staff. "

"This place could be nice with some attention to room cleanliness. The good. Excellent for dogs as it has a wonderful little fenced dog area. The playground is also really nice. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The bad. The room reeked of dirty soured mop water. I’d say by this point the carpet would have to be torn out to fix it. It was BAD. Also the gate for the dog lot had a large gap in bottom that a smaller dog could easily escape. "

"The location, amenities were amazing, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful; especially the valet service; and we enjoyed the social hour every evening ... The only thing to be aware of, is that we did not have any dressers to put our clothes in, fortunately, we had a 2 room suite so we had room to lay our clothes out on the couch and tables. It was absolutely beautiful and we definitely recommend it and plan to go back!!!"

"Only the weather wasn’t the best "

"This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby to which staffs response was the issue was me being on the floor not that I couldn't breathe. They also put a hold on your funds for a hotel fee which you expected most places. But it has been over a week since my check out and I am still awaiting those funds to be returned after speaking to a manager the day after my check out."

"The stuff here was very helpful very professional and very patient there was a lot of activity going on as we were in the last few days of planning for a wedding. Warm feeling breakfast which was perfect."

"My family stayed here as a stop on their way to Georgia, and they had a great experience. Since they’re older, Spanish-speaking, and not very tech-savvy, I made the reservation for them and called ahead to ensure their late arrival would be okay. The gentleman who helped me over the phone around 9 PM on March 8 was incredibly kind and helpful, I really wish I had gotten his name. He made the whole process so much easier and gave me peace of mind. My family said check-in was smooth and the hotel was great overall. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!"
