The outside of the property was a bit rough, but the room itself was very nice. Clean, nicely renovated and unexpected comfort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The stay was a good value, once you get past the exterior it met our expectations as an inexpensive night stay.

My room was clean with fresh linens and towels and toiletries. The staff was respectful and friendly, particularly the man Imran at the front desk. The convenience of the I-Hop restaurant adjacent to the property makes eating convenient. I definitely recommend staying at the Days Inn at the i-95 outlet mall.

We stayed 3 days! Myself, husband, Mom, and Father in Law..we got 2 seperate rooms. We asked them to put us downstairs and next to each other, the guy at the desk was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL. He jumped right in and got us 2 rooms downstairs and next to each other. The rooms were VERY CLEAN, stocked with towels, beds were clean with lots of pillows. The refrigerator, and microwave were clean. The staff was super friendly! My next trip to St. Augustine we are definitely booking with this motel. I give it 20 stars 🌟!

I just wanted to say that I had the best experience ever I never stay a hotel that is so beautiful and so clean as this hotel. I wanted to give big shot out to the both managers who run the hotels they are the nicest and very friendly and very respectful. This hotel I highly recommend it to everyone.

Property was clean. Check in was excellent. Traffic on highway at I-95 and State road 16 was a disaster, confusing with one ways and lane changes. Stay at the property was excellent otherwise.

I only come this hotel for my brother Imran who is the manager of the hotel. He is the finest person ever existed. The hotel extremely very clean and very beautiful. Wayne he is the nicest manager and very friendly. Hotel very safe and clean then any other hotel surrounded in the Saint Augustine. I was so tired I dropped my wallet near the office Imran came to my room knock ...I didn't answer . Left a note letting me no to come see him at the desk. I highly recommend this hotel for your family, friends, business.
