不喜歡：整潔度、員工素質、設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
Our room was not ready when we arrived. There was a dehumidifier running when we went in. No hot water in the shower. We were told they controlled the water heater so now one would get burned. The sinks had hot water? We had one light burned out over the bed and a bad light switch that would not turn lights off over the sink. We had to sleep with lights on. We were treated like they didn't need or want our business. After getting your permission to credit us back for the remainder of our stay. They recharged us for 2 nights on my Capital One card on Jan. 3rd & 4th. I reached out to them and I have received a credit for those nights. We did try the breakfast and were not pleased. They ran out of fresh items such as fruit and creamers. When we asked to have more coffee made. It seemed like we were inconveniencing the hostess. She did not even notify us of it being ready. The manager was very unfriendly as well. If your not happy you are free to take your business else where. And we did. out of 5 stars they deserve a negative-5.
