"We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was really good—plenty of options and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ area—it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway"

"This resort was definitely worth the money! Food was good, many different options especially in the buffets. The rooms were clean and housekeeping did its thing every morning! The shuttle was available 24/7 which was a plus especially with a toddler. Many activities throughout the day for the kids and families. "

"Good experience.Lobby has AC and staff is friendly. Had great experience to check in. The room is within 10 min of walk from lobby. Room is clean and furniture was in a good shape. AC is in good condition but a bit noisy. I had swim out that was a plus but the plastic lounger chairs were not comfortable. Luckily, the comfortable lounger chair across the swimming pool, not too far. Main swimming pool looked a bit dirty but luckily, I was in the furtherst corner room and my swimming pool did not connect to the main pool. The restaurants and buffet were 10 min walk but acssesable to get chair every evening and no limit on visits. 2 restaurants were closed every second night. Food was the best so far I ever had in all inclusive resorts. Coctail options a bit disappointing and simple, however they have mobile coctail bar where Miguel Luna makes the best mojito. Resort is connected to sister resorts and I would recommend to go to sunset resort for better coctail variety. Beach was underwhelming. Tiny and had a smell. Again, as a resort is connected to sister resorts, it is better to go to the sunset or the grand Rivera beach. Benefit is adult only and food. The rest would say is everage experience."

"This hotel is not as bad as some people reviews it, but I do have to say it needs major updates. The AC is bad, 9th floor the lowest it went was 21.5C and they gave me a second room and was same. Plus there was a couple of roaches. They cut the water twice while we were showering without announcing it. Food was fine to us, servers specially in the italian restaurant seems tired and very mean specially the younger ones. I would like to give a big shoutout to Andrea at front desk and to Jose Juan at the Cruceros bar. Yolanda at the breakfast grill. Thank you guys. Entertainment is boring, how is it that we’re in MEXICO and the music is in English? Come on! This is sad! Where did they lose their culture ? i went a few years ago nothing like this time. I love the views and the food mainly but if there’s no major updates no one is going back. "

"If you want peace and quiet or be near 5th ave this is cool....absolutely no amenities....no food, drinks, no view from room. Staff never spoke...but everything is walking distance... its ok for some people. But i would never stay again."

"The resort is beautiful, and staff is AWESOME. Alberto Gonzalez at the Seaside Grill was so attentive and effcient we ate their every dinner! Valdovina (beach staff) was fast and super friendly! I was disappointed to see the lack of tipping from East coast and Canadian guests "shame" on you. Beach was filled w/ sargasso seaweed unfortunately, and we received a few calls from TIME SHARE SHARKS even though we let them know upon arrival we were NOT interested. All TSs are good for is locking you into a specific date and place each year you pay for regardless if you go. Shows need to be revamped we saw same show as 4 years ago. Overall I recommend minus the seaweed and Timeshare sharks. :)"
