「Beautiful place but Was absolutely horrible stay. We booked for three nights and stayed one. Refund was refused. It was impossible to sleep with noise from local bars until 3 am. And construction next door that started at 7 am」

「The view of the ocean was worth the cost of the hotel for sure, and everything was clean. The tv however was tiny and unusable, and there was no internet in the room which was quite inconvenient. They charged an extra $30 cash for island tax, and charged me extra to store my valuables at the front desk because they don’t have safes/ boxes, and they have several signs posted about not leaving valuables in the room when you leave because they’re not liable for theft.」

「This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming.
