"Overall my stay at the Mystic Marriott was very good. I would like to highlight the exceptional customer service that Kevin the Bell Captain ( Bag Service) provided. He not only was very friendly and helpful he went above and beyond to assist me. He highlighted how to navigate the property, restaurants and amenities. On the day of my check out I asked for a suggestion of a local seafood restaurant near the water with a boardwalk and he told me to go to S &P Oytster Restaurant and I must say that his recommendation was 10/10 Thank you Kevin for your help and kindness- you are a rock star ⭐️"
