「For any Elvis fan the hotel will be great. However , overall, it is a bit overrated. I think what was most disappointing were our encounters with the coffee shop staff. They seemed not to know where anything was and did not have customer service skills. The front desk staff were very friendly though. You can expect a pretty typical hotel stay and for the price it doesn’t deliver as expected.」

「Roomy loft with cool “Elvis Tribute” theme. Our boys enjoyed playing the guitar. Host very helpful and accommodating. 」

「My sister and I chose this for the price, and luckily were able to get a ground floor room, since I forget to check whether or not there is an elevator (there is not). We took an Uber into Memphis to avoid parking issues in the city, and it took 15-20 minutes. A decent place.」

「Came for a Beale Street long weekend. The Westin is the closest we could find with a nice room, good linens, and quiet halls in the evenings. We will stay again. 」

「this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!」
