「The staff was incredible. Everyone was kind & helpful. All smiles. Room was clean except there were no bags for the trash cans. It was very quiet and I slept like a baby.」

「Overall the property and rooms were very clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful. However, you can hear people in the above rooms. The water was lukewarm and never reached a hot temperature. The elevators were out of order and you had to take the stairs. I have stayed at these hotels before in other places and never had any issues.」

「While the front lobby was clean and the staff was friendly The room that was assigned to us just going around the back of the building was very dirty paint coming off, broken windows that were taped up. Crumbling stairs so we chose to not even go in and went to a different hotel down the road.」

「Room was clean, missing a smoke detector in room, definitely needs some updated, stairs were worn out and not the cleanest. They only had cereal for the breakfast, pool was absolutely disgusting and had a live duck swimming in it, kinda had a mildewy smell throughout 」

「Please do not book this. I was traveling and this was close to freeway so I booked it. You will hear vehicle noise all night long and will not be able to sleep.」

「Apartment is large, nice kitchen and living area. My problem was the bathroom. The fabric curtains were dirty and even had mold. They have a mat in the shower that needs to be removed! the towels are blue and either old or stained and did not smell clean so I didn't use them. The kitchen towel was cleaner and i used that as a towel (and paper towel as well). The bathroom just needs an update, remove the old wallpaper, get new white towels, change the moldy curtain!」

「This property is a shining example of what a mid tier hotel should be. Property and rooms impeccably clean. No crappy coffee maker, coffee is made to order machine in lobby. Breakfast top notch, multiple friendly staff smiling and hustling to make it all happen. Nice outside sitting area. Great work all and thanks. 」
