"Horrible experience, the person at the front desk claimed that she couldn’t check me in because of no internet and by 10:00pm I had to go find another hotel where to stay. All while I was able to log into the hotel’s WiFi Horrible place!!"

"I stay in many low level chain hotels, but this one was disgusting , and it’s frankly disrespectful to the customers. It’s obvious that Expedia doesn’t put customer experience as a priority. It’s all about the profit, and selling properties such as Comfort Inn, Quality Inn, Motel 6, without remorse proves that. Though those properties do have some decent locations , they’re generally advertised inappropriately. I’m still a loyal Expedia Customer, but these dirty locations for $200 per night speaks for itself."

"The property is clean and the rooms are clean. The staff is eager to please you and the breakfast is decent. "

"The "free" breakfast was a joke. Everything was prepackaged except for the waffles and the staff was not refilling anything. The ice machine on the bottom floor was empty. When we returned to our room at the end of the day, it was not cleaned, no new towels, the trash was not emptied, the bed was not maid up. When I told the man at the front desk he said they send text to ask about room cleaning but we both check our text for that day and we did NOT get any such text. We will never stay at a Quality Inn again,"

"The check in process was quick. They did try to ask for a $50 deposit after I already booked and paid with hotels.com. We were excited they had a pool but it was more like a duck pond literally with a duck in it."
