Some rooms and hallways may need renovations. However, Hyatt Regency recently purchased in February 2025, please be patient as this hotel has potential. They are slowly renovating and improving the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to BKK airport. 24/7 every 10 minutes free shuttle to and from airport to hotel. The staff and is very knowledgeable and will assist with all matters. "
