"The hotel was situated in a very convenient location, extremely close to BTS station, shopping malls, massage centres, shops and restaurants. The room was very quiet and bed was comfy. A wide variety of pillows available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Leisure facilities were clean and well kept. The room was generally clean but there were obvious signs of things that were fixed before, such as corners of tables, door hinges etc. The bathroom door didn’t close properly (it wasn’t parallel to the floor so there was a gap when you slide it close)."

"我在2026年7月入住2晚。我已預約機場往酒店的接送服務，我提前到達酒店官網的指定候車點Arrival floor gate 5 inner lane候車，到約定的時間也沒有看到車輛，於是我運用臨場經驗，發現他們竟然把車停在outer lane，好在被我發現了，我才成功登車，大家要注意！另外沒有遊戲房了，只有健身室和乒乓球。泳池不錯夠大，而池中酒吧是我預訂這間酒店的最主要原因，正常開放，是曼谷市中心所沒有的。另外我本身很討厭壁虎，以前住度假村都會常常遇到，這次在Divalux居住在第7座大廈2樓的泳池景觀房，我只在黃昏時間在酒吧和1樓遇過一隻壁虎，在晚間從酒店大堂/餐廳走到7座的路程沒有看到，而房間所在的2樓是室內全包覆的，比較安全，也沒有看到，[但7座5樓不是室內全包覆，而其他房型亦不清楚]。早餐位置不足，有機會要坐室外非空調區域，食物有補充但稍慢。有在凌晨使用24小時客房服務，送餐速度可以大概30-40分鐘，但當天信用咭機故障只收現金。"

"Staff are very friendly and helpful! The massage place was incredible, and the breakfast buffet had lots of choices. The area is quite near Siam area, so there are lots of places to visit for food or shopping. Overall, the stay was great!"

"飯店非常舒適乾淨，這次是一家四住兩間相鄰的親子房，空間寬敞安靜 雖然離BTS車站需要走15分鐘但每半小時，有免費接駁車前往車站和百貨商場，非常方便 回程也可直接約時間 每天下午還有一個小時免費的水果和甜點時間 唯一小缺點就是浴室的蓮蓬頭水溫不穩定"

"前枱客服非常熱情款代，又非常願意協助客人call bolt 遇到客人投訴沒有執房和补给房間物品，例如水，換毛巾，即馬上安排員工，盡快執房。 今次旅程都非常難忘，因為是birthday trip, 洒店方面送了一個生日蛋糕给我們一家人，一齊慶祝生日，又有一次性的迷呢吧的酒水，给我們飲用，有汽水和啤酒，开我們私人birthday party. 非常开心和愉快，下次会再住这間酒店"
