The hotel is beautiful with several amenities. It's also connected to the BTS station which makes it very convenient not to have to go outside. The male staff at the front door were very helpful with giving directions.

They have upgraded many facilities at the hotel with more to come. Service is excellent & efficient. The hotel location is extremely convenient. Coco Walk is a very fashionable dining location just opposite the hotel. Bangkok's premier fashion shopping mall is within walking distance (15 mins)

I stayed here for easy BTS access and location plus buffet breakfast. Rooms were clean, beds were average and staff were friendly. Front desk staff and check-in experience were horrible. Most never smiled, staff for check-in and check-out were sullen, unfriendly and sometimes unprofessional. I had to call Expedia agent to solve the breakfast fee since they took under 16 was not child in their system.

Super hotel considering the price... though likely constructed in the 70's, it shines like new and has been well maintained along with some modernizations. Super location close to the city center.
