「Excellent. A+++ Staff with Aim, Bella and Cup. Excellent breakfast with many choices. Location in ARI is perfect. Laundry is done onsite, very inexpensive. Only negative is no elevator. 」

「前台接待人员自作主张取消我的早餐，幸好我带了打印的预订凭证出示，但她们仍称这是Hotels.com 好订网的错误，我非常失望，我提前一年就预订了该度假村并全额支付了房费，确认单上注明了包含早餐。第一天早上经过很长时间地交涉，她们才将早餐券很不情愿地给我。」

「I was really happy with my stay. The staff were excellent in attending to check in, daily cleaning, and check out. Very friendly and welcoming. My room 101 was quite large with balcony overlooking the Melia Gardens and was very well priced given the great location. You must check out Lazy Lemon Breakfast Club when staying here given the outstanding breakfasts and lunches! I will return to the Chiang Mai Mansion. 」

「Staff was friendly, laundry service was cheap, and they helped us set up a reasonably priced transfer to Koh Samui the following day that included pick up from the hotel. The location was very far out of town though and because of that, we probably would not stay there again. Overall a good stay!」

「Awesome location! On beach street right next to Patong Beach sign and Bangla street. 5 mins walking to Jungceylon. Associates are nice and warm. They do greet you, chat with you and care about your needs. The rooms are clean,air con is freezing cold, TV has a lot of channels including Chinese, English (ABC. FOX, BBC and so on.) At the last day when I checked out, it rained so heavy. The receptionist even went out and bought a new umbrella lending to me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!」

「Great stay here. The room was modern and great location if your looking for good nightlife. Loads of nice restaurants and bars around. The only issue was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t amazing but it still did the job. 」

「I had a fantastic stay at TJ Patong Hotel. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, and plenty of restaurants and shops, yet the hotel is tucked away enough to feel quiet and peaceful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed — good air-conditioning, a comfy bed, and reliable Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which made the stay even more enjoyable.」

「Vi bookede denne overnatning i forbindelse med full moon festen, vi havde en super god oplevelse, med virkelig god service fra personalet og en fin privat bungalow ved vandet, stedet var rent og pænt. Receptionisten havde en enormt god udstråling og var virkelig hjælpsom Stedet afholder forfester til full moon hvor man kan male tøj/kroppen før festen, hvilket er super hyggeligt og man kommer hurtigt i snak med de andre gæster, så helt klart en anbefaling hvis man gerne vil opleve full moon på...
