"Mycket hårda sängar och kuddar. Hårda utenöbler så svårt att känna att man har det bekvämt någonstans. Nära till shopping och restauranger. Fint grönområde med tillgång till väldigt enkelt kök och en helt okej pool. Ingen rengöring eller byte av handdukar under vårt uppehåll på 4 nätter. Helt ok för ett par nätter."

"Sadly most of the staff was unfriendly (except one guy who showed us our dorm room) and not motivated to interact with residents or help (some even ignored the guests). Lots of the inventory (e.g. showers or dorm room beds) was broken and needed repair, but no one seemed to care. Also, it‘s one thing to set up strict rules, but the other thing is how you communicate them to the guests. We didn‘t feel welcomed and were happy when we finally left."

"Comfortable beds and new rooms that smell and look clean. Customer service was excellent and any issues were quickly solved. I would recommend this to backpackers who wanna spend a couple nights in Ao Nang. Good location and chill atmosphere."
