"We were "upgraded" shortly before our one night stay to this room without a window. It didn't matter for us because we weren't there except to sleep, but it wouldn't be a place I'd want to spend more than one night. The location is excellent. The hosts are very easy to reach. We had three issues, one being very spotty internet, the Roku TV didn't work right (not a huge deal generally, but my husband had hoped to watch a NBA playoff game), and the worst part was no hot water. "My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. It is a cute and comfortable home very tastefully decorated and super clean! It was a special touch to already have toiletries available and supplies for making coffee too! What a nice touch! We all fell in love with it! Very convenient to shopping and many excellent restaurants close by. This was located in a safe and quiet residential area. We will return again for our next PR trip. "Communication just needs to be more forthcoming in preparation, but everything else was AMAZING! I would stay here again for sure. It was clean, very welcoming, well-thought out. The only thing I would change about the aesthetic is the shelving at the top of the stairs. Americans are bigger and clumsier than average and it's a little bit of a hazard if bumping into.
