The room was exceptionally pleasant, providing a comfortable and inviting space with all the amenities you’d expect from a rented apartment. The breathtaking views from the balcony and rooftop, especially during sunrise and sunset, were simply stunning. The property owners went above and beyond by providing a small cooler, two beach chairs, and towels, which we found incredibly thoughtful and practical, considering the items you can’t bring on a flight during a vacation and would need to rent at local beaches. Overall, I am very pleased with my stay and would definitely be coming back.

Our stay at the Beach Pad was great. Our unit was clean and equipped with all necessities for preparing meals. We stayed from Wednesday until Saturday so all was nice and quiet. The beach is a few minutes away-walking. There is also a great souvenir shop - Mango Beach Shop - nearby.

Slice of Heaven

The Beach Pad was perfect for me and my son who loves to surf. The suite was immaculate, chic decor, cozy bed and very spacious. Check in was a breeze with dedicated parking. Beach is down the block and centrally located to many restaurants and activities in the area including the supermarket and laundry mat. Having beach gear was handy including an umbrella and cooler! The private patio was great for breakfast and made the space bigger including the roof deck on the one day it rained to cool us off playing chess and live music nearby. We will definietly be back! Kitchenette was perfect for quick snacks and breakfast. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in Rincon area staying at the Beach Pad! It was just right for our short stay. We were able to walk to the beach and drive to close by towns. Alan was very helpful as well with great check in and out instructions. It was a fun stay.

The property and the apartments are in excellent conditions, just as you see it in the photos. Very friendly host and will soon answer any question. The location is perfect, near of beaches and restaurants.

Nice, clean, beautiful apartment on a very well maintained property. Good communication from the owner. Towels, beach chair, yoga mats and a small cooler available for use in the room as well as kitchen appliances and kitchenware. Only critique, and is not on the owners, is that even though the parking spots are clearly labeled, some people don’t respect other peoples reserved spot. Nice beach at walking distance and a couple of cool restaurants and bars nearby. Avoid the Casa Verde’s store unless you dont mind paying twice the price for quick items.

A True Vacation Spot

This place was well thought out, truly a vacation spot. Is like everything you would forget bring from home, this place had it. From beach chairs to big fluffy towels, evo friendly amenities, and the 3rd floor terrace was my favorite feature. They even have a grill for you. The owner communicated with me at all points and was very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and comfortable.

The Beach pad was an eco friendly and modern place to stay for a few days. Surfing and beach is a short walk across the street and there is a burger bar, big Kahuna, next door. The music can be heard until really late at night, so if you are not partying bring ear plugs. The area is quaint with a few restaurants, a nice escape from the bustle of Rincon proper. The unit itself is spacious and modern with great surf vibe theme, ample solar powered A/C, kitchen essentials, clean soft sheets, and a nice balcony patio. Water pressure is low but that’s pretty standard on the island. Wi-Fi was really good and communication from host was super. This is a 5 star place- highly recommend!

The place was spotless and it essentially has everything you need but I did not expect the bar across the street to be blasting music from 3pm to 3am everyday. That was really disappointing. The beach is not across the street; you do have to walk 5-7 minutes to it. I really wanted a quite beach trip and this was not it. The owners are very nice and communicative, and there was hot water, but this is waaaay over priced. The pillows were probably the worst ive ever slept on, the mattress was good though and the access to all the channels on the tv was nice. But the NOISE! WOW!!! IF YOU YOU WANT A QUITE RELAXING BEACH TRIP THIS IS NOT IT.

La ubicación era excelente, a poca distancia de la playa de arena. No soy bebedor, pero hay un bar con buena comida y música a pocos pasos de la calle. Llegué tarde la primera noche y comí algo allí. Disfruté de un café temprano por la mañana; una cafetera muy buena. Un televisor bastante grande, no lo usé mucho, pero estaba allí. Pasé un rato en la terraza trasera. Parece que debería tener solo un pequeño vistazo al mar, pero aun así es muy relajante. Dos cosas: la cama era bastante grande, pero el colchón estaba desgastado o simplemente tenía bultos. Dormí allí más de una semana. Segundo, había un pelo largo en la ducha pegado a los azulejos. Muy por encima del alcance, y algunos otros pelos pegados a algunos de los azulejos inferiores. Aun así, me dio unas duchas excelentes. No pasé mucho tiempo allí, sobre todo para dormir y ducharme. Había mucho que hacer, y nunca parecía haber tiempo suficiente. Fue mi hogar durante 10 días.

Amazing View. Good host and they had everything in the room ( beach towel, beach chair, cooler, bag.) Affordable price and same amenities and more like a home for privacy. I loved it only issue was shower it was way slow but i would say that was the case in entire puerto rico even in hotel that i stayed in san juan called Casablanca same issue water in shower is way slow

Great proximity to the beach. Safe neighborhood. Property is modern, clean and open. Be aware The Big Kahuna, a great burger restaurant/bar is located next to the property and it is a bar! Loud music and people on Thursday-Sunday until between 12pm-1am that can heard even with all windows and doors closed. If you are looking for quiet I’d recommend staying at the property during the week.
