「Our experience at TRYP by Wyndham Mayagüez was extremely disappointing. While the hotel itself looks decent, the service was unacceptable and made our stay very frustrating.
On the first night, our room had no water. We immediately reported the issue to Louis at the front desk, who told us maintenance would come, but no one ever arrived. There was no follow-up call, no update, and no effort made to check whether the issue had been resolved. 🚫
