「En la habitación 2417, a menudo escucho el sonido del limpiador de al lado moviendo sillas y camas por la mañana. El sonido es muy fuerte y el piso no está insonorizado, lo que me despierta. Además, el limpiador no lee el Señal de perturbación que pongo en la habitación y entra directamente, es muy ruidosa, nos despierta de nuestros dulces sueños. Los hoteles deben capacitar al personal de limpieza para que sean cuidadosos con las sillas y las camas, no las arrastren violentamente y presten...

「Beautiful place with lots of amenities. I had to share my VIP pool with people I didn't know. So that was awkward. Alcohol are water down and had to always call (everyday) before they would restock the fridge. Most of the time, they didn't certain drinks. The steamer in my room didn't work it was clogged. I also had to show my key card many times as if I couldn't afford the VIP sections I was in. After a few times, it became irritating. 」

「Beautiful property ! Slightly disappointed in the lack of sea , too shallow and sectioned off . Service wasn’t not what we expected from a five star hotel . Many of the workers weren’t friendly and didn’t acknowledge us standing right in front of them . Some staff were excellent though ! 」

「Loved the resort. My son had a blast and the experiences outside the park are super easy accessible!! The only issue I had was with a Leslee inside the room, it was around the bed and it was quite uncomfortable at moments for my son. Other than that the hotel is amazing, food options was great and not all but some of the staff was exceptional!!」
