「Nice place to stay」

「Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. 」

「Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!」

「The room was clean and it’s the same as in the pictures. I’m will only recommend adding the electricity fee to the rent of this place. It was NOT mentioned anywhere when I reserve it, and it was sort of annoying getting to know that last day. An estimated can be simple added to the fee instead.」

「Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience 」

「Nice place needs some updating and clean the outside furniture and also patio doors don’t lock so that needs to be fixed. Great location. Free breakfast and cabana access on the beach was a plus. Great staff.」

「This was by far the most amazing time me and wife could’ve had the resort food was great with so many options. The pool was super clean.The room was perfect.The staff was absolutely awesome everyone from waiters to the drivers of the trolleys. There’s a group of about 8 young workers, they work so hard to get the party going from the pool aerobics to the lobby conga lines they made our day every day.leurys,Jazmin and Jeremy were part of this group they were the absolute best so we will be back...

「If you’re looking for a chill, boutique like resort, this is the place for you. It’s chic and decorated in a very modern way. Food: buffet open 3 times a day. We had breakfast and dinner. Both times have many options, from omelette stations to oatmeal or deli meat if that’s your jam. There’s jam too lol Volcan: steak house. Honestly surprised. 「I cant believe the bathroom was dirty, not shower curtain, the kitchen dirty greasy, oxidizer, same was inside the refrigerator, and I never seem anybody cleaning the pool, trust me, outside the property and hallways, pathways nobody cleaning, and smelling to sewers 」
