「Nice place to stay」

「Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. 」

「Staff were inviting, courteous and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioning worked extremely well. Bed was not comfortable and no washcloths, no microwave in room. However, there was a microwave available at desk, blanket and hand towels available on request. Lovely courtyard!」

The room we got was not clean and had flies and mosquitoes everywhere, dirty shower with hair (not ours). 「I truly enjoyed this resort for my short stay. They worked with my family to make sure we had rooms beside each other. I love that it was relatively quiet even though it wasn’t adults only. Pools were clean and plentiful. Raphy was such a great host and made sure we had everything we needed as well as made my sister have a memorable birthday. Such a sweet guy and very kind.
