"Mala comida, poca variedad si estás en el de adulto y quieres comer dentro de lo decente tienes q ir al Familiar, reservaciones para los restaurantes siempre llenas desde q llegas nada disponible, cucaracha pequeñas en el bufet, cuartos q las puertas están esponjadas, te brindan un cuarto y otra persona entra como q también se lo asignaron muchas cosas q mejorar la animación un 0/10 en realidad si mejoran cosas antes expuestas puede ser un gran hotel lo único bueno es la oferta de bebidas y la amabilidad de la mayoría de los empleados por q la otra parte se parecen aborrecidos en fin no creo q volvería a visitar este hotel y eso q he ido 9 veces a rd"

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "

"Not sure were to start, dirty livingroom furniture, bird droppings on kitchen chairs, broken jacuzzi, pool is being cleaned with house broom...so not that clean. Moldy daybed outside, tiles outside by the patio door all moldy, 3rd bedroom door was kept locked so no access, we didn't need the 3rd bedroom but still makes u wonder why they kept it locked up. No plumbing in the kitchen sink...and we were never told about this! Found out when we woke up one morning with water on the kitchen floor. The sink was hooked up with a flex pipe going into a big bucket underneath the sink and the pipe had fallen out of the bucket. Fly squat was stored with the kitchen utensils, coffee maker with no coffee pot, no can opener and the cherry on top of the sunday...found a huge cockroach under the kitchen sink while trying to reinstall the pipe in the bucket. Host was sympathetic to us with the issues but we never heard back from the owner...last message was that they were going to leave it in Expedia's hands when we asked for a partial refund as in order to salvage part of our vacation we were forced to find another location that was sanitary."

"Unit wasn’t what was explained in the listing the pool was dirty and duscusting hasn’t been cleaned . Power went out for 1 day because the electrical breaker broke . Security was a complete disaster he wouldn’t let my Ubers in to pick me and my friends up if we haven’t tipped him that day . Concierge was good and helpful with everything Front yard wasn’t maintained plants aren’t maintained ."
